Client Conduct, Safety, and Cancellation Agreement

By booking with Dating StL, you agree to the following:

Professional boundaries

We provide dating advice and profile consulting. Purchasing a service does not create a personal, romantic, or sexual relationship with a consultant. All interactions must remain respectful and within the scope of the booked service.

Our right to refuse or end services

We may decline any request, refuse a booking, cancel an appointment, or discontinue the client relationship at any time, subject to applicable law.

If a consultant feels uncomfortable or unsafe, she may immediately end a call, leave an appointment, or stop communicating. No advance warning or opportunity to continue the session is required.

Unacceptable conduct

Harassment, threats, intimidation, unwanted touching, sexual advances toward a consultant, abusive language, and repeated disregard of stated boundaries are grounds for immediate termination. Arriving impaired or otherwise creating an unsafe environment will also result in termination.

Cancellation and refunds

If an appointment is canceled or ended because of your unacceptable conduct or disregard of our boundaries, the fee for that appointment is nonrefundable to the extent permitted by law, even if the session ends early or does not begin.

If we cancel for reasons unrelated to your conduct, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund for services not provided. Any prepaid future appointments we will not provide will be refunded. Nothing in this agreement limits refund rights required by law.
